Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify breakthrough technologies, market shifts, and societal impacts relevant to 2026
- Develop and implement innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term strategic objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development and business processes
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and strategic foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future insights into actionable business strategies and investment opportunities
- Drive organizational culture change to embed adaptive innovation capabilities
- Mentor teams on future-focused methodologies and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology consulting with proven impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic foresight frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented strategy implementations
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and predictive modeling
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, APF) strongly preferred
