Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and executive leadership
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Author annual 'Horizon Report' on disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Mentor internal teams on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive strategy
- Drive organizational adoption of agile innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
