- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and emerging startups to secure first-mover advantages
- Design scalable innovation methodologies that embed future-readiness into all organizational processes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 90%+ accuracy (provide portfolio of validated predictions)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping methodologies
