- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational goals with 2026 strategic imperatives
- Produce scenario analyses and risk assessments for future market conditions
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 customer needs
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data literacy with experience in predictive analytics and AI forecasting tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable plans
- Experience with emerging technologies (blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar preferred
