Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap aligning with global tech trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and other future-focused research institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for emerging disruptive technologies
- Design ethical frameworks for AI and automation deployment in 2026+ ecosystems
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and Board of Directors for strategic decision-making
- Mentor innovation fellows and cultivate a culture of radical experimentation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Executive presence with exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS from APF) preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed future-tech journals
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
