Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for quantum-AI convergence and biotech advancements
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our Austin Innovation Lab
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring impact of 2026 technology adoption curves
- Host quarterly 'Futures Forums' with industry thought leaders and academic partners
- Drive cross-functional alignment between engineering, product, and sustainability teams
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Scan' reports for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or futures research with Fortune 500 or scaling tech firms
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)

- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent strategic planning credentials
