- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present futuristic visions to stakeholders and investors
- Build and mentor an innovation incubation team
- Drive ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with demonstrable 2025+ foresight experience
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations to enterprise level
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Methodology (preferred)
