- Analyze emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal trends to identify competitive advantages
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state scenarios with executive stakeholders
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on 2026 industry transformation
- Manage portfolio of 10+ high-impact innovation projects with $2M+ annual budgets
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and investor boards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year enterprise roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder engagement
- Experience leading high-budget, cross-continental projects
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
