Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and engineering teams
- Secure $2M+ in annual R&D funding through compelling investment pitches
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement futuristic solutions
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies for industry publications
- Mentor a team of 8 futurist researchers and prototyping specialists
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with Fortune 100 companies
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech innovations to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Fluency in Python, C++, and blockchain architecture
- Top 1% percentile on strategic foresight assessment metrics
- Patent portfolio of 3+ filed innovations
