Responsibilities
- Facilitate weekend recreational activities for youth aged 8-16
- Maintain safe and engaging program environments
- Assist with event setup and cleanup procedures
- Support administrative tasks including attendance tracking
- Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent programming
- Model positive behavior and mentor younger participants
Qualifications
- Must be 16-18 years old and a current Oakland resident
- Valid California work permit if under 18
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training provided)
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 9AM-5PM)
- Passionate about youth development and community service
