Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to weekend visitors and families
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and attendee engagement
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility environment
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Support promotional activities and community outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-generational staff to create seamless experiences
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 16-18 years old with legal work authorization
- Available exclusively Saturday/Sunday shifts (8AM-5PM)
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to downtown Albuquerque location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Commitment to weekend availability for 3+ months
