Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answer any inquiries regarding product features or availability.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales and returns efficiently.
- Stock shelves and display areas with new merchandise, ensuring products are organized and priced correctly.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and fitting rooms.
- Handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy and reconcile daily deposits.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- A friendly, energetic, and approachable demeanor.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
