Responsibilities
- Execute efficient inventory management and order fulfillment during weekend shifts
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics between Memphis and Georgia distribution hubs
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and digital tracking systems
- Implement safety protocols and conduct weekend equipment inspections
- Lead weekend team training sessions for new operational procedures
- Optimize weekend loading/unloading processes for high-volume shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Basic proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., WMS)
- Strong problem-solving skills under weekend operational pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
