Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently and safely using forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist in preparing shipments for delivery to local and regional clients.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Washington, IL facility.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
