Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move inventory.
- Inbound/Outbound Logistics: Efficiently receive, inspect, and stage incoming shipments; pick and pack orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts using scanners and ensure stock is organized and labeled correctly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and ability to read and follow standard operating procedures.
- Reliability: Clean background check and consistent work history.
