Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare Orders: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock replenishment during peak weekend hours.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as trained.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to resolve workflow bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling products and data entry.
- Reliability: Punctual with a history of dependable attendance.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow instructions and complete paperwork.
