Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Collaborate with the floor team to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (flexible start times available).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
