Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile stock levels to maintain inventory integrity.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with the logistics team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read work orders and labels.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
