Responsibilities
- Efficiently process incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock replenishment to maintain warehouse standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocols.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Willingness to work rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as scheduled.
- Reliable transportation to the Long Beach facility.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
