Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders to meet daily production targets.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy, ensuring quality control standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management processes, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays as required.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the warehouse.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
