Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label merchandise for shipment with precision and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure accuracy in inventory counts and product condition.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily performance targets.
- Sort, stock, and organize incoming inventory in designated storage areas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Charlotte, NC facility.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
