Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship inventory using RF scanners
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems and stock rotation
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment (training provided)
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with weekend team to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation to the 123 Commerce Drive facility
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri-Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
