Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory to maintain optimal warehouse organization.
- Fulfill customer orders efficiently by picking, packing, and labeling products according to strict standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment to prevent accidents and ensure productivity.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with annual inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve stock discrepancies or logistical issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to work rotating weekends (Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday) and holidays as required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning barcodes and handling inventory counts.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification if not already held.
