Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Sort, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipping using standard packaging materials.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Diego facility.
