Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse management software and scanning equipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with flexibility.
- Basic math and reading skills; attention to detail is crucial.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
