Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping orders.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Assist in the preparation of shipments for distribution to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami facility.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
