Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily KPIs.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a smooth handover.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with availability for occasional overtime.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred but not mandatory).
