Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and in compliance with all OSHA regulations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the team lead to optimize workflow and meet daily volume targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
