Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas for optimal efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality control before shipment
- Complete daily reports using warehouse management software
- Uphold OSHA compliance standards and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must be available for weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with potential weekday flexibility
