The Role:
As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. You will be responsible for inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks and conveyors using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory accuracy against packing lists and ensure proper organization of stock.
- Prepare and package customer orders efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as scanners, RF guns, and forklifts (training provided).
- Assist with quality control by inspecting products for damage before shipment.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly operational goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Weekend availability is mandatory (Saturday & Sunday).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
