Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently handle inbound and outbound freight using dollies and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Sort, scan, and organize products to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in accordance with safety regulations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable method of transportation to the Wichita facility.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety standards.
