- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and pack customer orders to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Organization: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and efficient to minimize downtime.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Skills: Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
