Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate daily cycle counts and maintain organized stockrooms to ensure order accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and label customer orders for local and regional delivery.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Shipping & Receiving: Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, verifying quantities and documentation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free zone.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to ensure smooth workflow during night operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
