Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet daily production targets.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock rotation to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any shipping discrepancies promptly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory.
