Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy and speed.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to process inventory movements.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, strictly adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and proper labeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and operational bottlenecks.
- Perform regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Flexibility to work weekends, including holidays during peak seasons.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
