Responsibilities
- Efficient Material Handling: Load, unload, and sort packages and freight with speed and accuracy using dollies and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming stock against packing lists and organize stock in designated storage areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
- Customer Service: Ensure packages are handled with care to prevent damage during the shipping process.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for all new hires.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to count, add, and handle inventory accurately.
