Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo security and organization.
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and stock merchandise in the warehouse with accuracy and speed.
- Customer Assistance: Provide friendly and efficient service to customers picking up orders or visiting the facility.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as trained.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for motivated candidates with no prior warehouse experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to show up on time and ready to work.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
