Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy.
- Execute order picking and packing operations using handheld scanners and warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols regarding heavy lifting and machinery operation.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
