Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using hand trucks and forklifts (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and stock inventory items accurately to ensure order accuracy.
- Packing & Shipping: Pack products securely for shipment, apply labels, and prepare paperwork.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet company quality standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment and work areas.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with a diverse team to meet daily production targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting, sorting, and packing items.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and punctuality record.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is a plus but not required for this specific role.
