Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and seal products for shipment according to quality standards and customer requirements.
- Load and unload trucks and pallets efficiently using warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Process inventory and manage stock levels accurately using handheld scanners.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and quotas.
- Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
