Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize and restock inventory in designated warehouse aisles to ensure easy access.
- Operate scanning equipment to accurately track incoming and outgoing stock.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Pack orders for shipment, ensuring all items are securely wrapped and labeled.
- Assist team leads with daily productivity targets and quality checks.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Willingness to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Charlotte facility.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
