Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and verify merchandise for shipment to ensure accuracy and meet New York and regional delivery deadlines.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to all OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the sales floor and storage areas.
- Perform inventory counts and stock organization to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve daily operational challenges.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Columbus facility.
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
