Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on speed and accuracy to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are up to date.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (PPE) such as forklifts and pallet jacks as required by your certification level.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and verify product quality against purchase orders before shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with floor supervisors and team members to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep your designated work area clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate various warehouse environments.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the USA and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License (Class B) is a plus for certain roles within the warehouse.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
