Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to verify stock levels.
- Collaborate with the shift lead to meet daily productivity and throughput goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently during peak times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy for scanning systems.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but full training is provided.
