Responsibilities
- Accurately process and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Sort, pack, and label merchandise efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct inventory counts and stock replenishment during shifts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely under supervision.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be physically able to stand for extended periods and be on your feet.
- Reliable transportation to the Minneapolis facility.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
