Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance (OSHA standards).
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment.
- Assist in processing returns and managing stock rotation (FIFO).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is a plus.
