Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and performing regular stock counts.
- Material Handling: Safely load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided) as required by the shift.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe for all team members.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: No prior logistics experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
