Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to daily targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and assist with cycle counting processes
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to shift supervisor
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Support inventory management through barcode scanning and data entry
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain training)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
