Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels to minimize errors.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed at all times.
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Pallet Jack) as required by certification.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Perform quality assurance checks on outgoing packages.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) reliably and consistently.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
