Role Overview:
In this role, you will play a vital part in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate order fulfillment, maintaining inventory standards, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately using handheld scanners.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secure and organized.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment (training provided).
- Verify inventory counts against shipping manifests to minimize errors.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
